The anti-theft ring is the small circular part below the bottle cap that breaks when a bottle is opened for the first time. It stays behind on the bottle neck, clearly showing if a bottle has been opened or not. This feature is important for bottled water, beverages, edible oils, and other FMCG packaging where product safety and consumer trust matter.

After the plastic caps are made in the Cap Compression Molding Machine, they are still flat at the bottom. The folding machine takes these caps and folds the extended part of the anti-theft ring inward, giving the cap its complete and secure shape.
