WHAT IS A CAP MAKING MACHINE?
A Cap Making Machine is an industrial equipment used to produce plastic caps in large quantity. It uses Compression molding technology, which presses melted plastic into the shape of a cap using a high-pressure Mold.

HOW THE CAP MAKING MACHINE
WORKS?
Let’s take a look at how the process works step-by-step:
Melting the Plastic:
Plastic granules—typically HDPE or PP—are heated to a semi-molten state within the Cap Making Machine’s extruder system.
Cutting and Dropping:
A specific quantity of this melted plastic is cut using a material cutter and dropped into each open Mold cavity with the help of compressed air.
Compression Molding:
Once the pellet is in cavity, the Mold closes, and high pressure is applied to shape the plastic into a finished cap, including the threads, seals, and outer designs.
Cooling Phase:
The Mold is cooled using a water-based system, allowing the cap to solidify and maintain its perfect shape within Mold.
Cap Ejection:
After cooling, the cap is automatically ejected from the Mold and moved to the next phase—whether that’s slitting, inspection, or direct packing.
Continuous Rotation:
The machine works in a rotary system, repeating this process, producing thousands of caps per hour with minimal interruption.
