Heating the Plastic:
Plastic granules (typically HDPE or PP) are heated until they reach a soft, semi-liquid state.
Cutting & Dropping:
A precise amount of this melted plastic is cut and dropped into each Mold cavity using compressed air.
Compression Molding:
The Mold then closes, compressing the plastic into the final cap shape, where it forms the details—threads, seals, and logos.
Cooling Process:
The Mold is then cooled to harden the cap while maintaining its shape and structure within the Mold.
Cap Ejection:
Once the caps get cooled, the finished cap is smoothly released from the Mold, ready for inspection or post-molding operations.
Repeat Cycle:
This process continues in a rotating cycle, enabling the Plastic Bottle Cap Machine to run non-stop and deliver thousands of caps per hour.
